01. BRAND ALIGNMENT & REPRESENTATION

As a partner of BCCL Studios, you agree to represent the "House of Brands" (BCL Core, RedLine, Kireddor Fíor) with integrity. Content must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material. We reserve the right to terminate any partnership that disparages the brand or its values.

02. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

By tagging BCCL Studios or using your unique affiliate link, you grant BCCL Studios a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use your content for marketing, social media, and website promotion, with appropriate credit given where possible.

03. COMMISSION & TIER STRUCTURE

• Commissions are paid on the net sale amount (excluding shipping and taxes).
• Tiers are reviewed quarterly. Movement is based on monthly referral sales volume as outlined in the Partnership Portal.
• Self-referrals (using your own link for personal purchases) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture.

04. PAYOUT PROTOCOL

• Payouts are processed automatically via PayPal.
• A 30-day "Holding Period" applies to all commissions to account for customer returns or cancellations.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.
