Return and Refund Policy
At Blackcock Clothing Label, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that issues may arise, and we have established a refund/exchange policy to address these situations. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures for handling claims. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons.
Claims Process
To initiate a claim, please send an email to contact@thebccl.com. In your email, please include the order number and photos of the misprint, damage, and/or defect. We will review the photos and make a final determination upon receipt of the returned Item.
If the error was on our end, we will cover any costs associated with returning the item and will not charge a restocking fee. However, if the customer made an error, such as providing an insufficient address, they will be responsible for any re-shipment costs. Please ensure that you provide us with a correct and complete shipping address to avoid any delivery issues.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review your claim and determine if it was an error on our end. If it was our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or store credit, as requested by the customer.
Insufficient Address
If a shipment is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost once an updated address is confirmed. If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to our facility, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment cost.
Custom and Personalized Items
We will not accept returns for custom or personalized items, as these items are made specifically for you.
Return Shipping
If a return is honored, we will provide the customer with a shipping label via email at no cost to them. Customers must ship the returned item within 14 days of the claim approval.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping expenses) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@thebccl.com. Alternatively, the customer can choose to receive store credit towards a purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled by the customer at any time throughout the fulfillment process, they will be charged for shipping and any service that has already been initiated.
Dispute Resolution
We take pride in our customer service and will work with you to resolve any disputes or disagreements regarding the refund process. If you have any issues, please contact us at contact@thebccl.com, and we will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Buyer’s Remorse
Please note that we will not refund orders for buyer’s remorse except for customers residing in Brazil. Incorrect sizes ordered will not be exchanged, as our size charts are posted on each item. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact us at contact@thebccl.com within 7 days of receiving the product and express their will to return the item, providing a picture of the item. Requests will undergo evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion, according to Article 16© and € of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specification or are clearly personalized, and for sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Please note that this policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose whatsoever.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
